Wind River Reservation and surrounding region · Wyoming

CN Consulting developed economic-development and sustainable ecotourism strategy supporting a broader regional initiative that secured $40 million in federal and outdoor-recreation investment, including $36 million through the federal Recompete program and $4 million through WORG.

The work focused on the 2.2-million-acre Wind River Reservation and surrounding region, helping identify ways to translate significant natural, cultural, and recreational assets into sustainable economic opportunity.
